AH40 DH40 EH40 FH40 Marine Steel Plate

CCSAH40 steel is a kind of hot rolled high tensile strength steel.
Higher-strength CCS shipbuilding steel comes in 12 grades of 3
strengths, AH40 is one of the grades. The CCS AH40 grade steel
plates have yield strength of 56,500 psi (390 MPa), and ultimate
tensile strength of 74,000 - 94,500 psi (510-650 MPa).

E36WA3 Steel

E36WA3 is a structural weathering steel which is also referred to as atmospheric corrosion resistant steel.
The main alloying elements are chromium nickel and copper with added phosphorous which gives it excellent self protecting qualities.
As the steel reacts with elements in the atmosphere, the material forms a layer of rust over time which in essence protects the steel from corrosion.
E36WA3 steel is the Equivalent grades as S355J0WP (1.8945) steel in EN 10025 - 5 : 2004 standard and WR50A steel in BS 4360 standard and also FE510C1K1 steel in UNI standard.

E36WA4 Steel

E36WA4 steel grade is a hot rolled products of structural steels in technical delivery conditions with improved atmospheric corrosion resistance.
The main alloying elements are chromium nickel and copper with added phosphorous which gives it excellent self protecting qualities.
As the steel reacts with elements in the atmosphere, the material forms a layer of rust over time which in essence protects the steel from corrosion. E36WA4 steel is the Equivalent grades as S355J2WP (1.8946) steel in EN 10025 - 5 : 2004 standard and FE510D1K1 steel in UNI standard and also A242 Type1 steel in ASTM standard.

E36WB3 Steel

E36WB3 is a weathering steel and is an equivalent to Corten B. As the material rusts when exposed to atmospheric elements, the material builds its own protective layer which prevents the steel from further oxidation.
Therefore E36WB3, like all weathering steels, offers excellent, cost effective protection against atmospheric conditions without the need for painting or external treatment.

E36WB4 Steel

E36WB4 steel plate, EN 10155 E36WB4 steel plate, under EN 10155 standard, we can regard E36WB4 steel plate as Steel Resistant to Atmospherical Corrosion E36WB4 steel plate is one mainly of Steel Resistant to Atmospherical Corrosion,
E36WB4 steel plate is a weather-resistant structural steel with mechanical properties similar to E36WB4 . By adding Cr, Cu and Ni, it formed oxide layers stick firmly to the workpiece surface. This oxide layer prevents further corrosion of the steel.
