High-Strength Specialty Plate
Q390C steel material such as Q390C steel plate,Q390C round bar,Q390C steel angle bar,Q390C square and rectangular hollow sections are all in Xinsteel's warehouse.CEV also called CEQ for Q390C with thickness equal and belows 30mm shall be Maximum 0.45% when rolling.CEV=CEQ=C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15.
Structural steel plate Q390A is mainly used for manufacturing the plants of factory ,the common constructure and construction machinery and equipment.The tensile strength of low alloy steel plate Q390A is within 490-650 Mpa,and the minimum yield strength is 390Mpa for thickness equal and belows 16mm.
Steel grade Q390B is under steel specification GB/T1591 which is for high strength low alloy structural steels.When customers need special sizes for steel Q390B useage,Xinsteel has the ability to cut and weld in our processing plant for small parts,round plate,seal head and other frames
GB/T1591 Q390 contains five different steel grades as Q390A,Q390B,Q390C,Q390D and Q390E.Structural steel Q390D shall be done impacting test at low temperature minus 20 degree centigrade.Normalised heat treatment suggested to be done for low alloy steel plate Q390D in heavy thickness.

High strength low alloy Q460C steel plate owned with mimimum yield strength 460 Mpa and tensile strength minimum 550Mpa.In new version steel specification GB/T 1591 2018,there are also Q460NC steel plate and Q460MC steel plate with different heat treatments when supplying.

Q460E high strength low alloy structural steel owned minimum tensile strength at 550 Mpa and minimum yield strength at 460 Mpa for thickness equal or belows 16 millimeters.When rolling steel plate Q460E,the impact test shall be done at minus 40 centigrade.
